2. Accounts & Authentication

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • Access to some Services requires a paid subscription.
  • All fees are billed through our authorized payment providers (e.g., Lemon Squeezy, Stripe) and are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • We may update pricing and subscription tiers with notice.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations can be made directly from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Upon cancellation, your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use NextPAI for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass security, or overload our systems.
  • Misuse AI outputs in ways that cause harm or misrepresentation.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and software within NextPAI remain our property or our licensors’.
  • You retain ownership of your own data and content submitted to the platform.

6. AI Outputs & Limitations

  • NextPAI provides AI-generated insights and automations.
  • These outputs are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
  • We make no guarantees of accuracy or suitability.

7. Termination

  • You may stop using the Services at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time.
  • Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
