1. Free Trial
Every new customer is entitled to a 7-day free trial on Starter and Pro plans.
You may cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.
2. Subscriptions
Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is generally non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected] or [email protected].
Cancellation stops future billing, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Exceptional Refunds
Refunds may be granted in specific situations such as:
- Duplicate or accidental charges
- Verified unauthorized transactions (fraud)
- Service was unavailable for more than half of the current billing period due to a verified technical failure that materially prevented reasonable use
When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
