Refund Policy

At NextPAI, we want you to feel confident when subscribing to our services. Since our products are delivered digitally and billed on a recurring basis, our refund terms are designed to be fair, transparent, and consistent.

1. Free Trial

Every new customer is entitled to a 7-day free trial on Starter and Pro plans.

You may cancel at any point during the trial and you will not be charged.

2. Subscriptions

Once a subscription payment has been processed, it is generally non-refundable.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected] or [email protected].

Cancellation stops future billing, and your access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Exceptional Refunds

Refunds may be granted in specific situations such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges
  • Verified unauthorized transactions (fraud)
  • Service was unavailable for more than half of the current billing period due to a verified technical failure that materially prevented reasonable use

When a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your registered email address
  • Your order or transaction ID
  • A detailed explanation of the issue

We aim to review and respond within five business days.

5. Payment Processing

All payments and any approved refunds are handled securely through trusted third-party payment providers.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed by our payment partner and returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
